**Job Summary:**

The **Dental Hygienist** is a key member of our team at Dreamers Healthcare Staffing, responsible for delivering high-quality dental care and preventive services to our patients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough clinical and radiographic evaluations to diagnose and treat oral health issues.
  • Provide educational information on preventive and restorative dentistry, as well as oral hygiene practices.
  • Review and adhere to dental clinic protocols, policies, and procedures.
  • Document and implement treatment plans, including preventive and restorative therapy.
  • Manage patient medical and dental history, including comprehensive evaluations of general health.
  • Identify and address contraindications related to treatment and patient chief complaints.
  • Maintain accurate radiographs and other diagnostic records.

**Requirements:**

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus licensure to practice as a dentist in the state (DDS or DMD degree).
  • Current CPR certification and up-to-date immunization records.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including EHS software.

**Working Conditions:**

This is a full-time position, requiring a flexible and adaptable individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Compensation:**

$32/hour.
