We are seeking a highly skilled Cytology Supervisor to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. As a key member of our medical laboratory team, you will be responsible for examining gynecologic and non-gynecologic samples submitted for cytologic examination.

• Evaluate cytology samples accurately and assess diagnostic categories using current terminology.
• Maintain slide review rate standards and perform quality control according to CLIA '88 guidelines.
• Stay updated on department procedures and use computers for result entry and routing slides appropriately.

• Qualified as a cytotechnologist under CFR with certification by ASCP or equivalent accrediting agency.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Capable of accurate cytology sample evaluation with necessary eye-hand coordination and visual acuity.
