At Waddell Nursing and Rehab Center (Autumn), we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Care Specialist to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans to ensure their comfort and well-being.

As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for administering nursing care, evaluating its effectiveness, and supervising nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of care.

You will also be expected to follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies, as well as maintain established standards of practice set forth by our administration and nursing policies and procedures.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in the performance of duties.

Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.

Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
