About the Role:

• As a Cerologist, you will be responsible for implementing customer service standards, maintaining a clean and professional environment, and providing efficient and effective waxing services to our clients.
• You will also be required to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of esthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement customer service standards, exceeding client expectations from initial inquiry to ongoing client relationship management.
• Maintain a clean and professional environment, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for clients.
• Provide efficient and effective waxing services, following all defined standards and protocols.

Requirements:

• Current State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
• Marketing via Social Media
• A passion for waxing and the beauty industry
