Job Description

This PRN position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic environment. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing education and support to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations.
  • Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.
  • Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year.

Requirements
  • Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
