Preschool Director

The Preschool Principal will oversee all school operations, including financial planning, community outreach, relationship-building, staffing, and teacher development. This is an excellent opportunity to dive deep into the administrative side of the school campus while developing a strong community and guiding teacher development.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Child Development or a related field, with a minimum of one year of experience in a school leadership position. They will also have three years of previous teaching experience and knowledge of state education and licensing standards.

• Coordinate all school operations, including financial planning and community outreach
• Develop and implement effective staffing and teacher development strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with teachers, staff, and the community
• Ensure a safe and orderly school environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $80,000
