Who You Will Collaborate With:
You will be part of a dynamic team within a rapidly expanding division, working alongside industry experts and seasoned leaders who are committed to fostering an environment that promotes personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and distributor representatives to ensure seamless communication.
- Serve as the intermediary between Engineering and Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing teams.
- Manage new orders and coordinate parts releases in alignment with production schedules.
- Proactively identify and communicate project risks, developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor project timelines, addressing any delays and implementing corrective actions.
- Oversee inventory management, including identifying part shortages and assessing lead times.
- Administer internal project management systems and assist in the development of new project systems.
- Coordinate shipping logistics with clients to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide quotes and explore alternative electrical components to enhance delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in the refinement of project plans and purchasing systems.

Qualifications:
- An associate degree or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial automation fabrication.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a highly organized, self-motivated approach.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks to maximize productivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Travel Requirements:
Occasional regional travel may be necessary to support various projects and initiatives.
