Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ABA early intervention and be passionate about delivering high-quality therapy to young children aged 2-6 years old.
About You:
As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in planning, overseeing, delivering, and adapting naturalistic therapy for our clients. Your expertise in conducting multidisciplinary assessments and creating treatment plans will be invaluable in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy for young children aged 2-6 years old
- Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties (speech, OT, ABA, psychology)
- Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
- Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and coach and support them in their journey
Requirements:
- Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification
- ABA early intervention experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary care team
