We are currently in search of an Of Counsel - Employment Litigation Attorney to enhance our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee employment litigation cases, including wage and discrimination disputes.
  • Provide legal counsel on a variety of employment and labor law issues.
  • Prepare legal documentation and represent the firm in court proceedings.
  • Manage all phases of litigation, from initial discovery through to trial.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the California State Bar.
