Trailer Mover

Job Summary
This position involves moving trucks and trailers in and out of dock doors for loading and unloading in a warehouse or transportation setting. Key responsibilities include collaborating with loaders and supervision to move trucks and trailers according to door assignments, ensuring proper sealing and operation of refrigeration units, and coordinating equipment usage with transportation management. Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain order and cleanliness in the truck parking yard.

Qualifications
Less than high school education is required, and 1 year of warehouse or transportation experience is preferred. A valid driver's license is also required, as well as Pallet Jack and Forklift Certification from the company.

Professional Skills
Effective communication and the ability to follow instructions are essential, as is basic mathematical skills and problem-solving ability. The ability to adapt to changes and work with integrity is also crucial, as is a strong focus on safety and security procedures.

Working Conditions
The successful candidate will be exposed to various weather conditions and moving mechanical parts, and may occasionally be exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
