Position Overview

The Logistics Team Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient inventory management and product distribution. Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of received products.
  • Prepare merchandise for display on the sales floor by unpacking and organizing items.
  • Implement pricing changes and adhere to daily merchandising guidelines.
  • Manage store supplies, address damages, and follow inventory management protocols.
  • Collaborate with Retail Department Supervisors to resolve shipment discrepancies and maintain merchandise standards.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail logistics, inventory management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 30 lbs overhead.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
