About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Skincare Specialist to join our team at Massage Envy. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our clients, including facials, chemical peels, and other treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized skincare consultations to clients to determine their skin type and concerns
• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion
• Recommend and sell skincare products to clients based on their individual needs
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:

• Esthetician License or equivalent
• Experience in the skincare industry, preferably in a spa or salon setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
