We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cocktail Lounge Attendant to join our team at Atria Senior Living - Cary. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and guests in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Host and prepare drinks and serve meals in the Cocktail Lounge and surrounding areas
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times, anticipating residents' needs and responding promptly
  • Maintain complete knowledge of cocktail lounge and restaurant operations, including proper table set up and dining venue dress code
  • Serve residents and guests' meals and beverages as requested, adhering to state liquor regulations and quality enhancement standards
  • Process payments through the POS system and adhere to all cash handling and credit policies/procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of all menu items, prices, preparation methods, and quality standards
  • Set tables in accordance with company standards and maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar top, tables, service areas, and overall appearance of the Cocktail Lounge
Requirements
  • One or more years of customer service experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older if required by applicable law
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • TIPS or other alcohol service training, and food handlers certificate where applicable
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking, time management, and customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
