We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from infants to young adults, and contribute to the development of innovative new ideas with other disciplines.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality patient care according to individual physician orders
  • Evaluate patients, administer prescribed treatments and therapies, and develop care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients' multi-disciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Manage emergencies, coordinate care, promote health, and educate family members
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Current active SLP Texas state therapy license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working in a home health setting, preferably with pediatric patients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
