Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Receipt and Inventory Control: Receive and inspect merchandise shipments, verify inventory levels, and maintain accurate records.
  • Warehouse Organization and Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and well-maintained, with all merchandise properly stored and labeled.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues related to merchandise availability or quality.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with store managers, sales teams, and other warehouse staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of warehouse operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of six months of retail customer service, staff supervision, and delivery experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to read maps, shipping/packing documents, and assembly instructions; effective communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, move 200 pounds with a dolly or assistance, and stand, walk, sit, twist, bend, kneel, crouch, stoop, climb, and reach with hands and arms.
