Stockroom Coordinator

Position Title: Stockroom Coordinator
Compensation: $21-23/hr
Work Schedule: 1st Shift M-F (7:00am-4:00pm)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Stockroom Coordinator with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing inventory, organizing stock, and facilitating the distribution of materials. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure effective communication and task completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and confirm shipping materials against invoices
• Prepare and validate production materials according to shop orders
• Organize, label, count, inspect, and perform administrative tasks for the stockroom
• Report any discrepancies or potential issues
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives as part of a collaborative team

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing stockroom
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot inventory management software/ERP systems
• Proficient in utilizing various technologies for inventory control and material handling
• Adaptable to various tasks and capable of handling unexpected situations in a dynamic work environment
• Forklift experience is preferred
• Experience in cleanroom settings is a plus
