As a Direct Support Professional with RHDD INC, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Our team provides services to individuals in their homes and out in the community, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
- Accompany individuals to doctor appointments, outings, and other activities.
- Document and administer medication and health-related tasks.
- Report any suspected need of medical attention, evidence of abuse, neglect, and other health and safety issues to your supervisor.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- 100% Paid Training
- Holiday Pay
- 403B Retirement Plan - employer match after one (1) year of employment
