We are seeking a highly skilled Production Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality, safe, and efficient job-specific training to our production staff. This role requires strong technical knowledge of electricity and mechanics, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Develop and deliver training courses in classroom and on-the-job settings
• Provide technical training on the shop floor, instructing and assessing operational trainees
• Prepare and deliver training materials, including course outlines and presentations
• Ensure safe working conditions for training course participants
• Develop and maintain training records and reports
• Collaborate with production staff and management to identify training needs and develop training plans
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in training and development

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3 years of experience in a production or training role
• Strong technical knowledge of electricity and mechanics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and software used in operations
