The Facilities Maintenance Associate plays a crucial role in upholding the aesthetic and operational standards of our hotel. This position involves utilizing various tools and techniques to ensure that guest rooms, hallways, and common areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inventory checks of supply rooms and manage orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Efficiently transport supplies from the receiving area to designated storage locations.
  • Ensure cleanliness in supply areas through regular sweeping and mopping.
  • Manage waste disposal by transporting trash from guest floors to compactor areas, ensuring cleanliness in disposal zones.
  • Assist in the setup and storage of furnishings in guest rooms and common areas as directed.
  • Document and communicate the status of tasks completed, including details on work performed.
  • Address guest inquiries and provide assistance in line with hotel standards.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss guest services and operational performance.
