Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist

**About the Role:**

System One is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Zelienople, PA. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and maintenance services to our clients across North America.

**Responsibilities:**

• Travel extensively (75% of the time) to service client sites across North America.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues with installed equipment using standard electrical test equipment.
• Identify and implement corrective actions to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with clients to design training documentation and user manuals.
• Oversee subcontractor installations of equipment.
• Deliver comprehensive training on software functionality.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Alternatively, an Associate degree in a related field with 1-2 years of relevant field experience.
• Strong knowledge or experience in electrical/mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in computer networks.
• Microsoft Office Suite skills are essential.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience within the Transit Market.
• Familiarity with Wired/Wireless Computer Networks.
• Background in CCTV Surveillance Systems.
• Experience with IP Cameras.
• Programming DVRs or NVRs expertise.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
