Guest Experience Lead Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the guest experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying themselves.
- Handle guest concerns and provide resolutions to their satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.
- Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay features.
