CT Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CT Technologist to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health.

The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining accurate records.

• Operate CT scanners and related equipment to produce high-quality images
• Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and immobilization
• Administer contrast media and other medications as needed
• Monitor patients during scans and respond to any adverse reactions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and scan results
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

• 1 year of experience in radiology or a related field
• Graduate of an approved radiology technology program
• ARRT certification in CT
• Knowledge of CT scanner operation and maintenance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
