About the Job:


This is an exciting opportunity to drive the successful adoption and utilization of Cisco technologies and services within customer organizations. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong senior-level relationships with customers and partners.


Your key responsibilities will include understanding customer business challenges and objectives, developing strategies to meet these needs, and acting as a Technology Advocate to ensure customer satisfaction.
