Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Spanish-speaking sales professional to join our team. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth in our living benefits and life insurance book of business. Your primary objective will be to leverage our proven insurance sales process and apply effective strategies daily to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish new relationships with potential clients and sign them up for insurance.
- Cold calling and networking to offer and sell insurance.
- Fill out appropriate forms and input into our software system after a product is sold.
- Cultivate relationships and cross-sell additional lines of insurance.
- Network at local business events and professional organizations.
Requirements
- Strong sales skills with experience in tracking, developing, and closing leads.
- Excellent multitasking and computer skills; proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with sales software; knowledge in Infusionsoft is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Active Life Producer License.
- SPANISH-SPEAKING.
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent in the insurance industry.
