Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Meet sales and work goals as directed by store management, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating accuracy and completeness in your work, and working towards common goals with your team.
  • Process sales transactions, maintain cash control, and ensure accuracy of sales documentation.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills, and maintain awareness of current sales promotions.
  • Participate in physical inventories, assist with shipping and receiving merchandise, and participate in merchandise placement on the sales floor as needed.

Requirements

  • Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with external contacts and all levels of employees.
  • Basic communication, organization, and math skills.
  • Experience in retail sales, preferably specialty retail or footwear.
  • Basic knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Basic visual merchandising skills and understanding of Store Presentation Standards.
