At Otterbein SeniorLife, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing safe and reliable transportation services.

• Operate community-owned vehicles to transport residents and partners, ensuring a high level of service and quality care.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Interact positively with residents, family members, visitors, and other partners, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform routine clean-up operations in the service area and transportation building shop areas.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License required.
• Three years of car or small van driving experience required.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle and perform pre-trip inspections.
