Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts in the absence of the Store Operations Manager.
- Oversee, mentor, and train a team of 2-5 staff members involved in cookie sales and deliveries.
- Facilitate the onboarding and initial training of new hourly employees.
- Conduct preliminary interviews for prospective hires (Cookie Crew, Shift Leaders, and Delivery Drivers) when the manager is unavailable.
- Assist the Store Operations Manager with inventory management, ordering, and scheduling tasks.
- Ensure team members adhere to company standards regarding baking, uniforms, and policies.

Customer Service Excellence:
- Promote upselling techniques and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by all team members.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Previous experience in conducting in-person interviews for hourly staff.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Availability to work a 4-5 day work week, including 1-2 mid-to-late shifts during the latter part of the week.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible for employment.
