Flooring Restoration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Restoration Specialist to join our team at All Surface Rejuvenations Plus Inc. This role involves operating a box truck, heavy machinery for cleaning, and working in and outside of customers' homes throughout The Villages and Ocala area.

• Clean and restore various types of flooring, including carpets, tile, and stone
• Operate equipment such as box trucks and heavy machinery
• Work independently and as part of a team

The estimated salary for this position is $15-20 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. We also offer a range of benefits, including $250 cash bonus after 30 & 90 days.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A clean driving record and ability to operate a box truck
• Physical stamina to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs due to heavy equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with flooring restoration techniques and equipment
