As a Registered Nurse in our Med Surg Telemetry unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients. Your duties will include assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
