Key Responsibilities


Ensure that the community is sufficiently staffed to meet the care and service requirements of residents, adhering to company standards.

Oversee direct care staff as assigned by management.


Communicate and distribute associate schedules at least one week in advance.


Effectively manage and relay any changes in resident needs to the care team as updates occur.

Handle on-call and after-hours business requirements as needed.

Communicate staffing shortages and additional needs to supervisors promptly.

Utilize and maintain the corporate scheduling and billing systems in accordance with company protocols.

Complete daily billing processes timely, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Review and reconcile billing weekly, ensuring accuracy before finalizing monthly statements.

Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, residents, families, and community partners.

Ensure proper documentation and filing practices are followed as per company guidelines.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Provide coverage for care cases when necessary.

Manage on-call responsibilities during evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

Education and Experience: A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for candidates with experience in elder care or a related healthcare field.

Certifications and Licenses: None required.

Knowledge and Skills: Possess a foundational understanding of relevant skills and processes. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands for various tasks
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Requires interaction with coworkers and residents
- May involve occasional weekend or evening shifts
- On-call duties as necessary
- Potential exposure to health-related risks
