About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Franciscan Health Care Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times.
  • Advocate for our residents' needs, providing personalized care plans that cater to their unique requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective care strategies, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate records, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and address any care-related concerns, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care.
Requirements
  • Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
  • Be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky.
  • Have a minimum of [X] years of experience in long-term care or a related field.
  • Be knowledgeable about laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care.
