Position Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager
Position Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to enhance our thriving insurance division. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of commercial lines accounts and collaborate closely with producers to provide exceptional service to our clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of commercial lines accounts
- Collaborate with producers to deliver outstanding service to clients and prospects
- Prepare and manage new and renewal policies, endorsements, certificates, and other related documentation
- Assist clients with policy modifications, claims, and various inquiries
- Participate in industry events and training sessions as necessary
- Keep abreast of industry developments and trends
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in the insurance sector, specifically in commercial lines
- Experience with Sagitta/ImageRight is preferred
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license is mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
