Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Spa Technician to join our team at NMMC Tupelo. As a Therapeutic Spa Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality therapeutic spa services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare teams in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all therapeutic spa services are delivered in accordance with our wellness center's policies and procedures.
  • Supervision
    • Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of each patient.
  • Documentation
    • Complete accurate and timely appointment paperwork and monitor therapeutic spa supplies.
  • Requirements
    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Certification in a specified field of expertise is required.
    • Licensed by the Mississippi Board of Cosmetology or the Mississippi State Board of Massage Therapy.
    • Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in customer service.
    • Maintain current CPR certification.
