Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to take on the role of Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program Coordinator within our dynamic multi-disciplinary team. This is a fixed-term full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our ambulatory rehabilitation program.

Key Responsibilities
As the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing the pulmonary rehabilitation program.
  • Providing expert clinical guidance and support to team members.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior physiotherapists and students.
  • Ensuring high standards of patient care and quality improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification, with registration from the relevant health authority.
  • A minimum of seven years of professional experience in physiotherapy.
  • Extensive specialist knowledge and clinical expertise in a specific area of physiotherapy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in supervising both students and junior staff.
  • A commitment to continuous quality improvement.
