- Communicate effectively with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Assist patients with transportation and provide support during medical procedures.
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into our electronic health records system.
- Restock supplies, clean equipment, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as medical imaging or a related field.
- Successful completion of an AMA-approved program in diagnostic imaging and certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDMS).
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 month of hire.
- Previous experience with advanced imaging techniques, such as Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) and Stress Echo.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
