About the Role

We are looking for candidates who can implement Mission Assurance principles across programs to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements. Responsibilities include supporting coordination and implementation of engineering activities, advocating continuous improvement opportunities, investigating quality problems, and interacting with internal and external customers.

The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, diverse assignments, and collaborative settings. Performs technical issue assessment, provides technical guidance, and plans for resolution. Also, performs Root Cause Analysis (RCCA) and audits to strengthen overall enterprise best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Quality Engineer: BS degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, systems, aerospace) with 2 years experience or MS degree in Engineering with 0 years experience
  • Strong understanding and broad application of engineering systems, and DoD Mil specs and standards
  • Demonstrated ability to work without oversight and in a multi-discipline team environment, providing insight and solutions to complicated issues both technical and procedural
  • Extensive experience with leading process improvement projects
  • Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action
  • Active US DoD Secret security clearance (ability to obtain Top Secret) and ability to obtain program access

The estimated salary range for this position is $79,300-$118,900 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
