Salary and Benefits

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Medical Professional - Orthopedic Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in a clinical setting. You will work closely with healthcare team members to develop and execute individualized treatment plans, ensuring high-quality care and support for patients and their families.

This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires effective communication, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' psychological and physical needs, developing individualized treatment plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions throughout the patient journey.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing concerns and providing education on treatment options and recovery processes.
  • Participate in clinical team conferences to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Comply with hospital, regulatory, and professional guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN) from an accredited program.
  • A current RN license in the state of practice.
  • A minimum of one year of nursing experience in a comparable setting.
  • Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.

Additionally, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
