As a Groomer at FINNEGAN DEXTER, LLC, you will be dedicated to providing outstanding service to both pets and their owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional grooming services, including bathing, brushing, and conditioning.
  • Style and groom pets according to owner preferences and breed specifications.
  • Prioritize the health and safety of all furry clients.
  • Build lasting relationships with pet owners by understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate products and services.
  • Engage in community outreach to attract new clients.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming grooming environment.
  • Support team members during quieter periods.
  • Complete necessary training and certification programs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of one year of grooming experience with formal training and/or experience under a certified groomer.
  • At least one year of experience in retail or a service-oriented role.
  • Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to stand, bend, or stoop for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

All candidates must pass a drug test, background check, and validated selection assessment. Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
