Job Summary:

QCHC is seeking a highly skilled RN Site Administrator to lead our nursing team in a correctional healthcare setting. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate staffing patterns in accordance with contract requirements and ensure compliance.
• Utilize QCHC manuals, policies, and procedures to guide treatment of inmates and appropriate actions with nursing staff.
• Interview and hire new staff to ensure staffing requirements are met.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and ensure completion of documentation.
• Assess clinical skills of each staff member relative to job responsibilities and identify ways to educate and correct any deficiencies.

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Valid/current Nursing License from state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing practice with 1-2 years administrative/management experience preferred.
• One year of experience in correctional healthcare preferred.
