Responsibilities

  • Establishing trusting relationships with service recipients
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as accessing resources and building relationships
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment
  • Implementing interventions based on individualized treatment plans
  • Documenting progress and outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work)
  • 1+ year of experience working with seriously mentally ill populations or completed 24 hours of college coursework
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to pass organization screening requirements, including background checks
