Job Summary:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, working under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform daily tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote resident independence and dignity.
  2. Monitor vital signs and report any changes to supervising nurses.
  3. Document resident information and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Certified as a Senior Certified Nursing Assistant (SCNA) in the state of Florida.
  • Experience working in long-term care or a similar setting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy equipment.
