Key Responsibilities- Provide essential administrative support related to patient care.
- Accurately enter patient information into the VISTA/CPRS system.
- Ensure all clinical reminders are addressed during patient visits.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Coordinate and schedule clinic appointments.
- Handle phone inquiries and relay messages promptly.
- Adhere to compliance standards set by regulatory bodies.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to veterans and visitors.
- Engage in outreach initiatives to enhance clinic enrollment.
- Support patient retention through follow-up visits and appointments.
- Adapt to and promote new clinical and operational initiatives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills; experience with EMR systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- At least one year of experience in a clinical or call center setting is preferred.
- Must maintain credentials with the Veterans Health Administration.
- Current Basic Life Support certification and ACLS as required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- This role is classified as safety sensitive.
