Job Summary:

As a Nocturnist ARNP at Central Florida Inpatient Medicine, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. The schedule will be a 7pm - 7am block schedule, 7 nights on /7 nights off. This position requires a strong background in ICU/Critical Care and Hospitalist experience. The ideal candidate will have experience as an ARNP running codes, rapids, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Examine patients and record history
2. Adhere to proper charting protocols
3. Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
4. Order or execute tests or images as needed
5. Submit healthcare plans and goals for periodic review by Physicians
6. Analyze test results, diagnose, and report to patients
7. Administer or prescribe treatment and medications
8. Advise patients on diet, hygiene, and disease prevention
9. Inoculate and vaccinate as required
10. Refer patients to specialists as needed
11. Report deaths and contagious diseases to authorities
12. Respond to emergencies, run codes, and perform procedures

Requirements:

1. Current State of Florida license in good standing
2. Florida DEA License (if applicable)
3. Current National Board Certification
4. BLS Certification
5. Recent experience working in a hospital setting
