We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Strongsville Middle School Health Clinic. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and support to students in a school setting.

Job Description
The successful candidate will have a current LPN license through the Ohio Board of Nursing and knowledge of HIPAA regulations. They will provide nursing care and health support to children in school settings, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage basic health care needs. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals, school staff, and families to ensure the best care for each child.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current LPN license through the Ohio Board of Nursing
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in Diabetes preferred but not required
- Experience in school health or pediatric nursing is preferred, but not necessary
- Basic knowledge of communicable disease prevention and medication administration
- Must have or be willing to obtain current BLS/CPR and/or First Aid certification depending on position
- Must pass the BCI and FBI background check
Estimated Salary Range
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
