We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Oncology team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Job Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced Oncology setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote optimal health outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure
- 1+ year of experience in Oncology or Infusion nursing
- Exceptional venous access skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred
