Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team at Home With Help. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality, safe, and supportive care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, and other errands as needed.
  • Remind patients to take prescription medications and attend scheduled appointments.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, dusting, and cleaning.
  • Work cooperatively with office staff to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current TB testing and CPR/First Aid certification.
  • DCW training (provided if needed).
  • Fingerprint clearance card or background check.
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs and valid driver's license.

Benefits:

  • $250 caregiver referral program.
  • Medical benefits after 90 days of employment.
  • 401K after 1 year of employment.
