Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service by being customer-ready and delivering a positive experience every day.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
  • Team Selling: Encourage and participate in team selling to positively impact store sales volume and metrics goals.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist with visually merchandising, setting up, and other store-related projects.
  • Cash Handling: Handle the cash register and process transactions accurately.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales and Merchandising Skills: Ability to demonstrate benchmark selling techniques and drive sales growth.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
