Position Overview

At Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS), we are dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults through compassionate care. We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services to our homecare clients.

Role Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

  • Planning, developing, and delivering high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations of residents to create tailored treatment plans.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
  • Educating residents and their families about treatment options and care plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation as per regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current licensure in the state of practice.
  • Proficiency in physical therapy evaluation and treatment methodologies.
