Spring Graduate Fellow

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Spring Graduate Fellow. This is a seasonal position that offers graduate students the opportunity to work in municipal government administration.

• Conduct management surveys and studies of City agencies to analyze organizational structure, manpower, and resource requirements.
• Implement research designs by analyzing background information and goals of the project to recommend possible research designs.
• Review current policies and procedures and recommend changes as appropriate.
• Apply statistical techniques to analyze research findings and prepare recommendations based on the results.
• Prepare correspondence to gather information for comparative studies and respond to inquiries.
• Write and present narrative reports to present results and conclusions from assigned research.

• Completion of a four or five year baccalaureate degree program and enrollment in an accredited graduate program.
• This position is not eligible for benefits.

Please note that this is a seasonal position and the duration of the fellowship will be determined based on the needs of the City.
