Role Overview:
The Licensed Nurse Aide (LNA) operates under the supervision of Registered Nurses to deliver essential direct and indirect care to patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing.
* Communicate any changes in patient and resident conditions, as well as concerns or complaints from patients and families, to the charge nurse or supervisor.
* Engage in the care planning process.
